South Africa - Cape Town, the Mother City

This is a journey for body, soul and spirit : new cultures, sacred geography, outdoor hiking, a treat for the eyes, the ears and the palate, as well as guided meditations if you are in the mood.

The African continent - known as Mama Afrika - is the cradle of mankind : after Lucy, born in East Africa more than 3 million years ago and considered for a long time the first woman of the planet, human bones that are even older were found in the South African caves of Sterkfontein. On the Southern Cape coast a necklace was discovered in 2000, which is the oldest human art design ever found : it is 77´000 years old.

When Capetownians call her ‘Mother City’, a gentle lull softens their voice. Cape Town stretches from the folds of Table Mountain all across the Cape flats and watches on as the Indian and the Atlantic Oceans meet. Its first people were the San, Khoi, Hottentots, Griquas and other groups who settled in the ‘Cape of Good Hope’ long before the arrival of the Bantu tribes from the North and the European colonizers from the Sea. Since 1987, the process of activation of earth chakras and portals of the magnetic grid has been speeding up. Cape Town is one of those sacred places calling for the grounding of the cosmic Mother energy, thereby announcing peace, harmony and reconciliation.

This journey is about sharing : you will meet beautiful people, live intense and precious moments, experience feelings and perceptions you will never forget. And if you feel inspired, your presence and meditation will contribute to the grounding of the infinite love the Great Mother blesses all her creatures with.
