The 4 Gates Cycle

If you dream to access your inner power and freedom, I am happy to invite you to cross the threshold of the four gates : each of them corresponds to wounds which, once healed, will open onto love, freedom, creativity and forgiveness.

• The first gate leads from wounds of betrayal, abandonment, rejection and exclusion towards the love of self, grounding and belonging.
• The second gate leads from wounds of guilt, judgement, inferiority and denial towards freedom and responsibility.
• The third gate leads from wounds of fear, flight, unconscience, power and control towards creativity and trust.
• The fourth gate leads from wounds of hatred, revenge, violence and envy towards foregiveness and compassion.

Each healing process has three phases : cleansing and letting go of the old, actual healing, and thirdly its long-lasting integration. An interval of three to four weeks between sessions is necessary to ensure a good integration of the work achieved. During that time, clients are asked to do various tasks and exercises. An array of various techniques and methods is used, depending on the needs, in order to ensure efficient and long-lasting results.
